Pregnancy places the body under a great deal of pressure and expectant mothers can become quite uncomfortable as a result of this.

Massage can help alleviate aches and pains that occur within the body. It is also a good tool for encouraging relaxation and stress releif. Pregnancy massage uses Swedish techniques to sooth aching muscles and aid relaxation. It is ideal for mothers in their second and third trimester and can be a perfect way to give pregnant mothers some 'me' time. Massage can help to alleviate the following:
