Monika Juszczak is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and a registered practising Intensive Care Nurse. She combines over 20 years of experience as a nurse with cutting edge science-based functional and lifestyle medicine.
As a Nutritional Therapist she helps people get their health back using food, supplements (when needed) and lifestyle changes.

Functional medicine always aims to address the root cause of the disease and not simply suppress the symptoms.
Monika's goal is to formulate a bespoke, holistic plan of action taking into account food, sleep, lifestyle, stress, toxic exposure, infections and genetics and really pay attention to details. She may recommend functional blood, urine or saliva laboratory testing when further investigation is required.
During the one hour initial consultation she will go through your detailed health questionnaire and analyses your food diary. Both of these need to be prepared by the client prior to the consultation.
Nutritional Therapy consultations are not usually single consultations. Most people need to continue working with the practitioner for approximately 3 months or longer in order to change long-term habits and see positive results. This is especially true when chronic, long-term conditions are concerned.

Monika has a special interest in brain health, but she also supports clients with the following conditions:

  • depression and anxiety
  • asthma, allergies and hay fever
  • IBS and IBD
  • Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions
  • cancer
  • diabetes
  • hypertension, AF, heart disease
  • dementia, brain fog, migraines
  • weight loss and weight gain
  • menopause, andropause and erectile dysfunction
